Ke He, MD

Ke He, MD (何锞)

Deputy Director & Head of Skin & Laser Aesthetics · Attending Physician, Licensed Aesthetic Attending

Injectable aesthetics · facial assessment · vascular safety

Dr. Ke He is Deputy Director of the Plastic Surgery & Aesthetics Medical Center and head of its skin and laser aesthetic service at Chongqing West District Hospital — and she is the lead physician of this site’s injectable content. A core specialist formerly at the Plastic and Aesthetic Surgery Department of Xinqiao Hospital, affiliated with Army Medical University, she has spent her career on the clinical front line in skin laser and injectable aesthetics.

Her practice is non-surgical, and that is the point: she assesses the face at rest and in movement, decides which substance class — if any — actually reaches the problem, and stays responsible for the protocol when something goes wrong. She works alongside the Center’s surgical team when an operation is the honest answer, and alongside dermatology when the skin itself is the problem.

Her injectable scope is framed by substance class rather than brand: botulinum toxin for dynamic lines and for facial slimming, hyaluronic-acid and non-hyaluronic-acid dermal fillers for volume and contour, collagen stimulators and biostimulators for tissue quality, skin boosters for the skin surface, and thread lifts in carefully selected cases. Plans are assessment-led, staged across visits, and reviewed honestly.

The skin and laser aesthetic service at the Plastic Surgery & Aesthetics Medical Center: assessment comes before any injection, and staged planning before any combination of treatments.

Clinical focus

  • Facial assessment before any injection: movement, volume by zone, skin quality and tissue laxity
  • Botulinum toxin for dynamic lines, facial slimming and focal hyperhidrosis
  • Hyaluronic-acid and non-hyaluronic-acid dermal fillers, placed by zone and by layer
  • Collagen stimulators and biostimulators; skin boosters for skin quality
  • Vascular safety, complication recognition, and honest maintenance planning

Academic roles & achievements

  • Member, Laser Medicine Group, Chinese Medical Association Plastic Surgery Branch
  • Member, Facial Rejuvenation Group, Chinese Medical Association Plastic Surgery Branch
  • Member, Chongqing Plastic Surgery Quality Control Center
  • Published 5 papers, holds 5 national patents, and introduced 2 new clinical techniques

Under-treat, then refine

An injector can always add a little more at the review visit; removing too much is the hard part. Starting conservatively and refining at two to four weeks is the discipline behind natural results.

Shaoliang Wang, MD

Shaoliang Wang, MD (王韶亮)

Director, Plastic Surgery & Aesthetics Medical Center · Chongqing West District Hospital

Plastic surgery · center leadership · surgical backstop

Dr. Shaoliang Wang is Director of the Plastic Surgery & Aesthetics Medical Center at Chongqing West District Hospital. Within the team he provides the surgical perspective: the judgement of when a concern is better served by an operation than by an injectable, and the tertiary-hospital surgical backstop behind the center’s aesthetic work.

Role within the team

  • Center leadership and multidisciplinary case review
  • Surgical assessment where an operation is the honest answer
  • Hospital-based support for the rare complication that needs theatre-level care

A hospital-based advantage

When a complication needs theatre-level care, the operating room, anaesthesiology, and intensive care are already in the same building. Practicing inside a tertiary general hospital means that backstop is real, not theoretical.

Tongchun Mao, MD

Tongchun Mao, MD (毛彤春)

Aesthetic Surgery · Plastic Surgery & Aesthetics Medical Center, Chongqing West District Hospital

Aesthetic surgery · refinement · natural results

Dr. Tongchun Mao is an aesthetic surgeon within the Plastic Surgery & Aesthetics Medical Center at Chongqing West District Hospital. Within the team his role is refinement and judgement: knowing when an injectable plan will not achieve what surgery can, and keeping aesthetic results natural.

Role within the team

  • Aesthetic surgical assessment and refinement
  • Honest referral when surgery outperforms an injectable
  • Shared case planning within the four-physician team

The right tool for the problem

Some concerns are movement problems, some are volume problems, and some are surgical problems. A team that practices all three under one roof has no reason to sell you the wrong one.

Yongbo Jia, MD

Yongbo Jia, MD (贾勇波)

Dermatology · Plastic Surgery & Aesthetics Medical Center, Chongqing West District Hospital

Dermatology · skin health · skin quality

Dr. Yongbo Jia is a dermatologist within the Plastic Surgery & Aesthetics Medical Center at Chongqing West District Hospital. Within the team his role is the skin itself: medical assessment of skin health before treatment, management of pigment and barrier issues, and dermatologic care of the skin that injectable results depend on.

Role within the team

  • Medical skin assessment behind injectable treatment plans
  • Diagnosis and management of pigment and barrier conditions
  • Dermatologic care of skin after a complication or a delayed reaction

Diagnosis first

Most treatment failures in skin care trace back to a missed diagnosis or an abandoned routine. Getting the diagnosis right, then staying with the plan, is what quietly produces results.
