Ke He, MD · Injectable Aesthetics

Injectable aesthetics planned around your face — conservative, evidence-based, and honest about limits.

This is the professional site of Ke He, MD (何锞), Deputy Director of the Plastic Surgery & Aesthetics Medical Center at Chongqing West District Hospital and head of its skin and laser aesthetic service. Her injectable practice is described here by substance class — botulinum toxin, dermal fillers, collagen stimulators, skin boosters and thread lifts — never by brand, and never by hype, with the safety net of a tertiary general hospital behind every injection.

Assessment first, conservative staged treatment, and a hospital that can respond within minutes if a vascular complication ever occurs.

How Dr. He Works

Good injectable care starts with your face, not with a syringe

Whether the question is movement, volume, contour, or skin quality, every treatment pathway follows the same three principles.

1

Assess & diagnose

A structured evaluation of the face at rest and in movement, volume by zone, tissue laxity, skin quality, and medical history — and of what you actually want. Treatment that starts from a template rather than your anatomy is how complications and “done” looks happen.

2

Treat conservatively

Every injectable is started low and reviewed before more is added. Under-treatment is correctable at the review visit; over-treatment is a problem to dissolve, wait out, or repair. The material you do not place is the material you never have to remove.

3

Review & maintain

Every injectable is temporary, and intervals are individual rather than sold in advance. Maintenance is planned honestly from the start, with scheduled review and no pressure to re-treat on a calendar you did not choose.

Patient Education

Injectables and their risks, explained honestly

Start with the basics: how a face is assessed before any injection, what each substance class can and cannot do, why every result is temporary, how treatment is sequenced across visits, and the complications — vascular occlusion, nodules, infection — worth understanding before you commit.

Botulinum Toxin as a Substance Class

Muscle-relaxing injectables are a substance class, not a brand: a purified protein that temporarily reduces muscle activity, with results that are real, limited and temporary.

Treating Dynamic Lines and Their Honest Limits

What a dynamic line is, how a muscle-relaxing injectable softens movement in the forehead, glabella and crow’s feet, and why softening movement should never mean erasing expression.

Botulinum Toxin for Facial Slimming and Hyperhidrosis

Two medical uses of one substance class: reducing jaw muscle bulk to narrow a wide lower face, and reducing focal excessive sweating of the palms, soles and underarms.

Dermal Fillers as a Substance Class

Fillers understood as a class of substances rather than a product list: the divide between dissolvable and non-dissolvable filler families, reversibility, and honest longevity.

Our Commitment

We will not sell you certainty we do not have

No physician can promise that a filler will erase a decade or that a toxin will hold a line still forever. Anyone who does is not giving you honest medical advice. Our job is to help you make a well-informed decision — even when that decision is to do less, or nothing.

Ready to discuss what an injectable can — and cannot — do?

Reach out for a consultation. We will assess your face at rest and in movement, explain which substance class — if any — actually reaches the problem, and plan treatment conservatively with honest maintenance.
